@SuperDicq Well no, as hotplug work, it's just that right arrow generates the down keypress as well for some reason.

Jamming it in fixed it for a few seconds and then the issue started occurring again.

Not a problem in GNU bash and programs that support the C-f keybind, but too much software doesn't support it.
