Andrea, but a scary versionI literally *cannot* allow myself to be dragged into the pits of despair and inaction. That could cost me my life. Obviously today is a sad day and we're scared, disappointed, disillusioned. But I really think some of you, particularly white liberals, are performing a learned helplessness that does nothing but place a larger burden of labor onto people like me. I saw this same thing 8 years ago. Do your fair share this time, please.
