Sure they tried but they never got it right. The most stable monarchies are the limp dicked ones that do basically nothing, like in bongland. Democracy is the fruit of that theory crafting imo, but it wasn't designed to handle the internet and global communication in an instant. Eventually the normies will wake up, even with the fluoride water and tv/internet brainwashing.
