@dansup @loops I don't like algorithms telling me what to watch. That's the reason I'm on fediverse, so I have a reverse-chronological feed, hashtags and search by myself. If we were to have by default the algorithm telling me what to watch (defaults matter!), then there's no reason to leave tiktok. In fact, scratch that, I don't have a tiktok account at all, I don't like to be told what to see.

So I rather see other improvements on the platform than AI algorithms.
