Personally, I will recommend our instance (I'm a moderator (but not the owner)) C.IM and also indieweb.social (although I'm not sure if they're a general topic server or more on tech? ).

I can't remember the two ND/Autistic instances. 😅 I think it is neurodifferent.me.

Hmm… if it interests you, we also tag the groups @-autistics@fedigroups.social and @-actuallyautistic@a.gup.pe (I added a hyphen so they don't get tagged for now). Our fellow autistics might have instances they can recommend also.
