- Embed this notice@feld A 22% minimum wage increase in an economy which is mostly doing fine is different from a 10% wage cut in a struggling company where few people earn as low as minimum wage. Admittedly, I haven't looked into it enough to really know how much of a difference it would make and what other alternatives there are. Usually it's safe to assume corporations just want to depress wages as much as possible and now they're having problems to blame it on.
