@hj @coolboymew My point is that there's a decent human decency to do in commercial exchange. And in this case, like many cases, it isn't there at all.
There's also a minimal of pedagogical work to avoid the current nightmare but again absolute 0 is done.
And by not doing it not only the return on investment for the customer is negative but it's also negative for use as it will and is already leading to the destruction of our workfield.
