The thing is that techs are also responsible for this situation.
Like again yesterday I got in a discussion with someone's who laptop got "diagnosed" and they couldn't repair it so they sold another one.
I asked them if they would mind giving me the laptop to check.
It took me less than 10 minutes to boot a usb stick with trisquel on it.
And the diag papers sheet on says "hardware ok" nothing about that.
Like bruh, my old boss or his employees just scammed someone.

And it's like that everywhere.
