hobbsc@morph a note on my german: it was the first language i tried to learn outside of english because my parents lived there for some time (military). i tried a bit as a kid and then had some classes in college. it all came together for me when i was in croatia last year, got separated from my friends, couldn't speak croatian but luckily i bumped into some friendly germans who thought i was from berlin because of my attire and blue mohawk 😆 i knew *just* enough to figure out where my friends went!
