@meso actually yes. like of course you wouldn't be buddies with each other but. hell i don't even know what most my neighbors look like. there is this old man greeting me whenever we cross paths and and wave back and apparently his dog's name is barney, but i don't know this guys name.
and whenever i see other swabians talk to each other in public, they're clearly close friends or family and usually complaining about life.
i feel like a lot of misery would just vanish if you had a mininum sense of community and conversation with the people living close by.
