@feld I found lots of answers to all these questions just by reading the case. I recommend you do the same, because you are just digging yourself deeper and deeper.

Some people reported their situation to plaintiff(s) in the case. At least one went public, talking to NPR.

You claim that there are no names of affected parties in the court documents. That’s wrong, I’m looking at 2 right now.

The defendants refused to release info. So it became the job of the plaintiffs to try and find affected people. They managed to find a few, and provided that evidence in the case… But there is little doubt there are many more affected who either weren’t found, or didn’t want to come forward.

Seriously, try actually reading instead of starting with a preconceived notion and sticking to it no matter how much evidence is presented to you.
