tho this be the popular take, i must differ.
i read Proverbes then Ecclesiaticus immediately after. to my eyes these words are the voices of two different men. no way that is Solomon both times; i always figured it was one of his sons who had partaken of the father's wisdom.
Proverbes is apparently random wisdoms one after another without rhyme nor reason that i could discern. Ecclesiaticus is quite the opposite.
