@WashedOutGundamPilot @KarlDahl @PraxisOfEvil all of those situations are bad. To me the one where they are being honest is the worst because then you feel bad about jumping ship.

"We knew this was a tough time and the negotiation with the new customer is stalled and our customer is now 2 months late on their net 90 payment. I've stopped drawing a paycheck. We can pay everyone for 2 more months which should be able to hold us on, but we can't afford coffee anymore"
