You can't talk about the evil threat of the Heritage Foundation's right-wing agenda while adopting their own privatization of healthcare (which is what the ACA/"Obamacare" was really about, albeit sprinkled with "pre-existing conditions" protections and modest increases in Medicaid as a dumping ground for those seeping through the cracks.
