It's also an extra layer of effort to solidify how I felt playing Metroid Prime back on the GameCube so long ago. That game is immersive as hell, and the idea of swiping between visors and seeing the heat emanating from doors or rain droplets on your actual visor as you look up, or turning on X-Ray and seeing your (models) skeleton beneath you would be absolutely fascinating. That's the VR experience I'm waiting for someone to make.
