- Embed this notice@PafuPafuVt I'm aware that weight loss is complicated, but I'm somewhat clearly not making much more progress and I gotta hit the fucking gas on this stuff.
I report body fat percentage, and the gym has a machine that measures that pretty well (they charge a small fee to use it, but it's entirely reasonable to get it measured every month). I'm trying to reduce how much body fat I have while retaining most of my muscle, so it's more like I'm measuring two different weights.
