- Embed this noticeI've been working out and losing a lot of weight, but my weight's been stalled at "obese minus one or two pounds" for a few weeks. It's time for me to kick my diet up to the next level.
I am about to go on the "Velocity Diet." It can be looked up, but the idea is functionally this:
1) You consume nothing but fucking protein shakes and supplements...to the tune of 900 calories a day.
2) You buy a big box of the stuff and that's your entire food intake for a goddamn month.
3) Yes you have to go work out and lift while doing this.
