There are four kinds of chili, only three of which should be recognized as chili. Texas chili (meat, and meat), Midwest Chili (meat, and beans), and Southwest Chili (meat, and hominy). The fourth kind is an abomination spawned in the frozen wastelands of my youth, where the natives curse their chili, and put elbow macaroni in it. I do not know what demon possessed them to do this, but it is a very real, existential threat to humanity.
