i mean, sure, many do thing of the basic stuff like colour blind and deaf features, but sadly do implement them pretty badly (like basic filters for colourblinds, instead of true colourblind modes, or basic subs but only for the most basic dialog and not including noises and stuff like that, let alone in a format that is easily readable). it does feel like its an afterthought in so many games, which it really shouldn't be.
