It's funny people on the hard-left are all for criminals with dangerous histories being given lighter sentences and released back into the general population with job opportunities to reform themselves (ignoring the fact that a huge percentage of them commit crimes again and end up back in prison because you cannot fundamentally change people that damaged after adolescence).
