Important election litigation is already taking place and will continue right up to, and probably after the vote counting. While the Harris campaign is not directly a party to every case, the Harris legal wing is providing research and litigation support, I’m sure. And ultimately the campaign itself will probably have to go to court to ensure that all votes are counted and certified and to defend nonsense claims about nonexistent fraud.
