Hugo 雨果@codeDude Gateways can help. They basically expose these legacy networks under a (sub)domain of your choosing. The slidge project has a few if you’re okay with self-hosting. I don’t think that there’s any solution for Instagram’s messages tho; you just have to deal with their shit web interface.
