I'm British, so I obviously won't know anything about this compared to Americans but even if it was somebody I hated who was clearly trying to warn people I would pay attention to hurricane data especially over this kind of thing unless people know something I don't. I am aware that there's clearly another land grab situation going on depending on the area because I remember when wildfires were happening and that was utterly ghoulish behaviour from the politicians.

The closest things we have to this in the UK are stuff like floodings and people do take that shit seriously and it can get pretty bad depending on the area, that's usually a down south thing though.

It looks like things are quite fucked with these hurricanes from what's being posted up.
