I will side with the schizos on only one thing: weather manipulation. If the US military was able to do cloud seeding in Vietnam 50 years ago, it's not a stretch to assume they could "juice up" or "cut down" specific storms. To what extent? Who knows, I do know the regime would never let an opportunity to decimate white populations go by.
