@hj@shigusegubu.club @foxysen@pawb.fun Not that this analogy makes any sense, but I want to point out that cooking recipes are not instructions for the kitchen. The kitchen does not read instructions. They are instructions to be read by the human on what to do in the kitchen, i.e. documentation.

I still think the source code are the ingredients. The games' assets are more like the dinnerware and tablecloth you serve your dish on. You can swap out your tablecloth (asset) out for one in a different color but that doesn't change the ingredients of the dish.
