pat@bonifartius @Wyliesau that's definitely the case. But I'd argue that it's more of a symptom rather than a cause. I mean, the general public is being overtaxed because the general public allows it. Again, if people were to collectively say "fuck it, I'm not paying for services I don't receive" and act on it, as in, withhold their taxes, things would change in no time. Guaranteed
