- Embed this notice@sun Damn, brother. Something in your body is jacked up. I confirmed that it's easy to clear inappropriate pangs by downing 300..500 mL of water. But that works on the tail end of your inter-meal gap. If you just ate and you're in a hunger, I unfortunately have no quick fix. BTW, in Russia it used to be a general guidance that it's desirable to get up from table while still *slightly* hungry. It will even out as digestion starts up, and allows you to perform immediately after the meal. But obviously that does not refer to being still hungry.
