morph@Plutonaut If it is a static site you'll just need to open in your browser. Otherwise you'd need a webserver, db ... running on your local computer. You could build the site with TiddlyWiki for example. If it'll be edited than its hash will be destroyed, so you'd need to create a new torrent for every version. Inconvenient for collaborative distribution.
