@endorama That's a very good point! I'm glad to see that in the graphs presented, consumption-based emissions in the old industrialized countries seem to be falling along with the territorial emissions. So it's not all just moving emissions elsewhere.
But then the newly industrialized countries are also rising to meet the old ones. China is not yet as bad as the US, but with their size that's already pretty bad. And they've already crossed to above the EU countries.
