    #Iran’s 2018 reserves were $122.5B, before new #sanctions were imposed after #Trump, in 2018, pulled out of an international agreement brokered during #Obama’s admin to restrain Iran’s #nuclear ambitions.

    Iran’s crude #oil production rose to 3.3M barrels a day as of Aug, an increase since the end of the Trump admin but still lower than in 2018. Per US #Energy Info Admin, Iran’s oil production in 2020 was just under 2M barrels a day. The #pandemic sent oil production & sales plummeting globally.
