Min@sand@mindly.social Disclaimer that I don't have any personal experience dealing with this exact problem, but: definitely call your insurance company, they can send an adjuster who will take a look and tell you whether they'll cover it or not, and even if not, they should be able to tell you what kind of person you can call about it.
