@InvictusManeo this is a historically bad hurricane in terms of how much water it moved and the path it took. It's possible part of this will be explainable in terms of failure to maintain infrastructure, but this is the 100 year storm kind of thing and not a ton of modern infrastructure effectively builds to that level.
