@sickburnbro Had a similar occurrence here in Europe, water swept across much of it, from Austria / Germany to Poland, Czechia, Roumania etc,etc

But main infrastructures managed to hold , and to say, hurricanes and huge water bombs here aren't common at all, one/two in a couple decades at best.
Seen videos from America with houses, bridges etc,etc swept away completely by the tide, expected something more by your infrastructures but those may be in a considerably worse shape than european ones, which I didn't imagined at all, honestly.
