Also... you think a monkey that lives in the wild, can't actually contract covid under normal conditions even in captivity, and isn't regularly exposed to human respiratory viruses from an evolutionary perspective, and therefore, didn't evolve under those pressures are a good model for humans? Why not frogs or amoebas then? How far removed is too far for you?
Also, you aren't concerned about a mutation and/or lab leak from UCD.
