@lina There's that, but also it's a push to invite the barbarians because Westerners see them as superior to themselves, and certain accelerationists see them as a potential savior from the decay. When a civilization is in its throes of death this always happens. The Romans in the latter years of the empire saw the barbarians as superior to themselves or at least saw their system of governance as superior because they still had clear and consistent rules about how to organize society, while the Romans themselves had to abide by arbitrary and unbearable rules that always changed because the culture and the government were both in disarray.

If that sounds familiar is because it's happening right now to the West and slowly to Russia as well, though Russia is a few decades behind on that timeline because the Russians are trying to stop it.
