The 40 foot shipping container makes a perfect garage that you can attach to your cabin to give you some outdoor space and a secure place to put stuff that you don't want in your main home. Long containers are like $3000 delivered and small cabins barebones aren't expensive either. Probably $15k fully kitted out for both.
