Regular pushups really do make a difference . I've shed about 5kg as well through cutting out beer and getting my diet under control.
I generally do a 5k run every day alongside 50 pushups, 50 sit-ups, 30 crunches, 2 min plank and 10 one legged squats on each leg
I can also put my palms to the floor from a standing position for the first time in my life due to regular stretching
Now I just need to shave :a_blobcat_dab:
