Actually, all vitamin supplements are utterly useless, *except* vitamin D, which can make up for insufficient UV exposure. Also, the Sun will damage your skin, while vitamin D won't. You have to take it at a sufficiently high dose to be useful. Im not an MD, so I won't advise on dosage. But it worked for me like a charm.
