It's an incredibly complex issue, because you're fundamentally dealing with two sets of human rights. You either have to place one set of rights over the other, or deny the second human is human.
With the Dobbs decision, now individual US states get to decide, in these cases, what a person/human consists of legally.
Should a federalized nation dictate such a critical definition of fundamental rights to individual states?
