With the Dobbs decision, now individual US states get to decide, in these cases, what a person/human consists of legally.
Should a federalized nation dictate such a critical definition of fundamental rights to individual states?-

Chris ABRAHAM (chris@abraham.su)'s status on Wednesday, 18-Sep-2024 06:45:51 JST Chris ABRAHAM The unintended consequence of this campaign strategy could reduce women solely to their biology—to breeding vessels—deeply reductive, stripping them of full personhood by fixating on a singular aspect of their identity. This monofocus, framed as virtue and empowerment, ironically dehumanizes. But who knows? Maybe it'll work. It probably will.
