Bigger numbers after the ram is better as that limits your cpu speed unless it's faster than the cpu. I think... The sticks in the list I shared were the best available at the time I built mine, like a year ago. You might be able to lower latency sticks now, but you'll never notice the difference unless you're autistic. They also make 2x48gb sticks now, though they're a bit slower I believe. I really doubt you'll need 96gb of ram unless you specifically know that you will, so I'd just go with 64gb total.
For what it's worth, I didn't know most of this until I put my own list on fedi and asked people to give their opinions. And damn did people have opinions...
