4 months.
That is how long the Shareky Development kept the physical servers, before the lead kept them as their own personal computer. Arguably within the 1st week, they started using the server, that I and others (because it was not just me) funded for the project and for their flagship instance, the moment they started using it to play Minecraft.
During those 4 months there would be only 1 software release, and you're likely on it. Sharkey version 2024.5.1, and it was only released after, I made a fuss about the development.
Technically, yes, it would count as a type of fraud. Especially since the hardware did not pass onto neither Shareky nor the flagship instance. Am I, personally, going to pursue the matter? No, not unless others were willing to do so.
