@r000t Probably because that flag is just a software suggestion that can also be worked around trivially by taking a photo or scan of the screen, while if a screenshot or video is taken, there's probably a proprietary API that will report such screenshot and video start and stop duration and chase of course would love for its spyware to report when such screenshots are taken.
