Trump says #Harris wants to do #transgender operations on #immigrants in detention.
He’s referring to Harris’s response to an ACLU candidate survey in 2019 in which she said this: “It is important that transgender individuals who rely on the state for care receive the treatment they need, which includes access to treatment associated with gender transition.”

He also thinks kids get operations during the public school day.
