How I handle it: I do not see my blog or mastodon as my main ID in the web. ActivityPub allows me to use the best possible platform to publish my content without forcing my followers to also join one of these platforms.

So if you want to see my long form post, follow my blog... for short notes it's mastodon... that might change over time, because I always can Move/Merge accounts (if I can 😉)
