    Non Stick is the last pan you should acquire. I like having a 12" skillet non-stick, but not super expensive because non-stick coatings dont last.

    Cast Iron 12" Skillet
    Tri Ply 12" Stainless Steel Skillet
    Trip Ply 3-4qt Stainless Steel Sauce Pan
    6-8qt Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven
