John Rando@sickburnbro This is why when I am submitting resume's I always do my best to use as many words from the job posting as possible. I figure if they're automating the process they will be looking for words in the resume that match up with the posting. The strategy has served me well so far.
Though it won't help with stupidity like we see in the OP.
