PNW Deb@StephenRamirez @whitehouse I suggest we require gun owners to carry insurance. Insurance to pay out damages to people who are hurt by their guns. The premiums should be prohibitive. Let the insurance industry ruin the gun lobby like they ruined health care in this country.
