@rlier23 @sickburnbro He's suggesting that the people selling cups of tea/coke aren't working a job as they're of similar strokes to things like the windshield washers you suggest. They're upcharging on things that the customer could reasonably turn around and buy from the places the seller was sourcing it from for a better deal.
He backtracked saying that putting Job in quotation marks was rude to street sellers who actually put in effort, like Mexican Fruit cup sellers, because it was being subtly implied to street venders as a whole instead of just the previously mentioned "jobs".
