@rlier23 the point is that selling cola from a bottle and making a profit that way is obviously showing a small amount of self-actualization. But the level of mental effort it takes to do that versus what it takes to run a hot dog truck in NYC are vastly different.

You need to compily with health and sanity laws, you have to maintain a cart, you have to keep a supply of propane, you have to pay licences, etc, etc.

Something a person with 90IQ can do in a country of 85IQ is not something someone can do with 90IQ for a job that needs 100IQ in a population of 100IQ.

The solution is either: stop enforcing health laws on immigrants ( in progress) or give them all full benefits (also in progress)
